摘要	The new technological revolution such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) has brought about tremendous changes to educational ecology, and the professional development of university teachers is also facing a major impact. As a new era of college teachers how to cope with the great changes brought by artificial intelligence, how to reposition the role of teachers is an urgent need to solve major issues. Combining with the influence brought by the era of artificial intelligence, this paper holds that the teachers in the AI era should play an important role in leading the students’ character, data analysts full of data spirit, the adapters, users and leaders of artificial intelligence technology, and puts forward based on intelligent information system. The AI teachers’ professional development path system takes the implementation plan of teaching activities based on intelligent system as the core, the diversified learning community as the support, the reform of teaching modes and teaching methods as the important means, the intelligent evaluation as the main method, and the discipline and professional construction as the guarantee. © 2021, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.
