Modern cars have been using electronic control engine, which can bring the great difficulty to detect the fault of automobile engine production and debugging process, so it is very important to carry out the research on the fault analysis of automobile engine by the artificial intelligence. In this paper, with the use of CAN bus to build the platform, the CAN-USB conversion adapter was designed; with the use of the BP neural network, the method for diagnosing fault of automobile engine by artificial intelligent electric control was realized; the ant colony algorithm was optimized for BP training algorithm. The results show that the artificial intelligent electronic control model can improve the accuracy of fault diagnosis in the process of automobile production.
