摘要 | In order to improve the energy efficiency, a new energy dual-drive all-electric vehicle powertrain is proposed in this study and its operating modes and energy management control strategies is studied based on the analysis of the powertrain structure and power performance characteristic. Different operating modes and modes switching control strategies are developed for its operating characteristics, and the energy management control strategies based on the instantaneous optimization algorithm are designed to get the optimal rotational speed and torque assigned value of the powertrain. Backward simulation is performed on the combined simulation platform of Matlab/Simulink and AVL-Cruise to optimize, simulate, and verify vehicle performance and energy management control strategies. The results show that the new energy dual-drive all-electric powertrain structure is reasonable, its performance meets the design objectives, and can efficiently improve the energy utilization rate, and the designed energy management control strategies can make all the power components work together well, correctly and efficiently. © Sila Science.
